Is there a way to repair the bag in case I accidentally tear it?

You can use any foil HVAC tape found at any local hardware store to repair a tear in your firearm storage bag.  Foil tapes help lock the corrosion preventing VCI molecules inside the storage bag, just like our exterior barrier layer.
